This is the first Samsung Cellular phone I have ever purchased and I must say, I'm impressed! Very easy to use and so far, is working great! Keep up the good work Samsung Product Developers!!!

doesn't do simple tasks

The phone is not rugged and it can not do simple things like group messaging. Who would think that you could get a smart phone that doesn't group message. The phone is slow and freezes a lot where I have to pull the battery out to restart the phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, no group message.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
