Although my printer is an older model, I really love it. I feel the black ink quality is excellent. Also works well with photo papers -- no bleeding or smearing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ink is okay but the price is outrageous. I have a very dependable HP DesignJet 500 42" that I only replace a major part once in over 15 years. The price of the ink is a different story. It is like HP is punishing me for buying a dependable and lasting product from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far 3 of the cartridges have failed and were unaccepted by the printer after printing only 4 small posters. The printer stopped and the ink cartridges were rejected and I had to use new ones. PLEASE RESPOND WITH A SOLUTION!
