Easy to Use and Thorough!

We've been using our new LG dishwasher for about three months now and we love it! It's very user friendly. The power scrub function is awesome - it thoroughly cleans all of our dishes even if there is food residue left on them after cooking. I also really like the ability to add the additional options like extra rinse, sanitize, and extra dry to any cycle with the touch of one button. The only reason I gave four stars is because I wish the child lock function made it so that the power button is inactive like the rest of the controls.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality

detergent dispenser does not work

We use the same kind of detergent that came with the dishwasher. Yet, the dishwasher does not dispense the detergent. Even if the detergent door opens, there is always a large amount left. Terrible!

We love the capacity - everything fits! Great looking too and fit in like it belonged there! Also child lock makes it so we can run the washer while the kid is running around!

It's not what I expected for an LG

I bought back in May, and I've noticed it doesn't dry my plates or cups. Everything comes out wet. I wanted to check if there was a way, but there is not. Another thing I don't like is that the normal cycle is over 2 hours. There is no way to turn off the signal beep, so if you start the dishwasher before you go to bed it will ring 2 hours later.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems with bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this dishwasher except the bottom rack constantly falls off the track when you slide it back in. I have had several dishwashers over the years, and never had a problem like this. I would not recommend this dishwasher because of this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two repair calls for error codes nE and OE and it's only nine months old. Have a three-year-old fridge from LG that has never had a problem. Must've just gotten a bad dishwasher. Come on LG get it together!
