Baskets rust

It washes well and sometimes dries. My biggest issue is the baskets rusted after a year so its not actually safe to use anymore. It costs as much to get new baskets as it would to buy a new dishwasher.

FRUSTRATION

We recently purchased this dishwasher and want nothing more than to return it, get our money back, and never buy another LG product again. For starters the design is a complete catastrophe. If you manage to load your dishes on the small and uneven racks you only need wait until you push the racks in for all your dishes to collapse in a loud clatter as the prongs fall flat at any sign of movement. Once your dishes are in you will find that the sprayer arm below the top rack consistently falls off. Now that you must reload the dishes because they've all fallen down the inside is too dark to even see what you're doing. I'll just wash the dishes by hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good number of programing choices; easy to operate, easy access of racks, quiet performance and excellent results in cleanliness as well as dryness.
We are a large family of seven (five children) so loads are always significant and heterogeneous; this dish washer is a great asset and help in our permanent quest for better quality of life...

It only cleans on power scrubs. Then only if dishes have been completely rinsed clean
When running it has a strong odor of oil
It certainly does not live up to it billing.
It is hard to rate when it doesn't do anything it is supposed to.

Love this Dishwasher

We have had this machine for about two months and are very satisfied in every way. The racking system is a great feature that allows you to custom fit the drawers to fit the size of the pieces to be washed by moving the rows of supports up or down as needed. The most noticeable feature is how QUIET it is. You have to be standing next to it to hear any noise at all which is a very low hum. I highly recommend this product.

Dishwasher looks good, but we had this unit for almost 4 years. The top rack has rusted with in the first year. LG replaced it and the 2nd rack rusted as well. It does not heat the water like it should and no matter the detergent used, it leave all glasses spotted and unclean. Look elsewhere for a dishwasher.

This is by far the nicest, quietess dishwasher I have ever owned .Little bit more pricier but way head in quality and features. I also have a dryer by the same folks. If there are any negative comments probably the compitetion trying to scare off customers
