One great dishwasher!

I love this dishwasher. We had looked at a lot of different brands, but after reading reviews and comparing features we decided on this one and are so glad we did! It holds so much and cleans beautifully regardless of the load size. The first time I used it, some things didn't quite get as clean as I expected, but after reading the manual I realized I hadn't loaded them correctly. Since then, I've never had a problem. It has several useful settings and I've tried a couple with equal success. Several people have mentioned how quiet it is and it is so true. I forget it's running until it plays the LG "song" to tell us it's finished. I plan to have this one for a long, long time!

end of cycle

I bought this item recently, still waiting to deliver. I read in most reviews on other sites that there is no "clean" light button which shows that the cycle is done. Its hard to say whether dishes are done when some one else started on or forgot to start it on. It's the basic thing that all other brands have. (I was told that a light/music is there but only for a brief time)

everything comes out sparkling, every piece of silverware, as they are stacked separately, and old cloudy wine glasses now look new. I use Finish "powerball" brand dishwasher pods.

This dishwasher is Ultra quiet!

After extensive research based on reviews we bought this one. The dishes come out super clean. I love the fold down racks for larger items. I only wished it had a light indicator showing the dishes are clean.
No heated drying cycle but the dishes are dry at the end.
I'm hoping that this one will last longer that the last one I had which by the way did not clean as good as this one or have as many features. It definitely was not quiet. I absolutely love this dishwasher.

Dishwasher is super quiet

Have had dishwasher for a couple of months & love it. Have an open concept home & you can not hear dishwasher running even standing near it!!!! Dishes come out super clean. Love & recommend it highly for the quietness. The only thing missing is a light to let you know dishes are done.

very pleased with this dishwasher! it was so quiet the first time we ran it I had to put my ear up to it to make sure it was running. love the versatile racks! performs well! washing times seem extremely long but i am told that all the new energy effecient machines have long cycles.

Unusually Quiet!

When I purchased my new LG dishwasher, the sales person said it was whisper quiet, and I half-way believed her. The first time I turned it on, I thought I had not turned it on properly because I couldn't hear anything. To my pleasant surprise, my sales person was not exaggerating. It is unusually quiet. Thank you LG!!

I was impressed first off by how quiet the dishwasher was. I then wondered how good it would clean dishes. I was amazed once again. I've only had this dishwasher for a short time but if the durability is as good as the other features I will be sold!!
