Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my other LG appliances, but this dishwasher is a complete disappointment. The bottom rack pulls all the way out too easily and is very difficult to replace on its tracks. The top rack does not accommodate stemware, such as wineglasses. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just as others have observed--the lower rack constantly derails itself and is difficult to re-align. the lower tines are just too short and too straight to support dishes upright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned an LG dishwasher before, but so glad I bought this one. I remodeled the kitchen and got all new appliances. This was a great find at a great price and is so quiet I barely know it is running when I am in the next room outside the open kitchen. Cleans the dishes very well, no water spots. Lover the delay start, but most of all the quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans very well. Glassware. Sparkling clean. And it so unbelievably quiet. You can hardly hear it standing right next to it. Top rack doesn't completely dry, but the bottom one does and cleans so well I don't mind it.
