I wouldn’t advise buying this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought a house. Super exciting moment for me as it’s my first home. I was excited by all these matching stainless steel LG appliances. Stove = great. Big fridge with the double doors on top and freezer on the bottom = great. Dishwasher = not great. Worked fine once, and now the thing doesn’t drain. Googled it, and I discover it’s common for the model.
These appliances still have stickers on them and look great. Just one doesn’t work.

Life Span of 3yrs is unacceptable for dishwasher

3yr old dishwasher stopped working suddenly after getting an LE error. We followed the instructions on resolving LE error, but that didn't work. We have checked the thermal fuse with a multimeter, replaced the door switch, replaced the main board, verified the noise filter is good by using the multimeter, checked that AC power is 120volts and still it isn't working! Never buying another LG appliance ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying it washes dishes really, really well. The dishwasher is nice and quiet when running. The reason it doesn’t rate higher is the rack system, great in theory, not in practice. The bottom rack can adjust to the width and size of your dishes and bowls by the pins folding up or down, but after a while the clips holding them in place stop working and they don’t stay up anymore

I bought this machine not too long ago and already the door just falls down when you open it and the cycles are way too long. Even the quick cycle is not quick- over an hour.
