I took the time to research several brands. What sold me here was the Easy Rack system and the price. This machine is QUIET. The dishes come out clean and DRY! After reading the instructions I decided to use Liquid Jet Dry using the #3 release setting. PERFECT. I've used the Quick, Delicate and Top Rack only settings so far and they're great. FYI, A sample of the "pellet" type Jet Dry came with the dishwasher, yet the instructions indicated that liquid jet dry should be used. So I purchased the liquid. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DISHWASHER.

Great Dishwasher, But my dishes come out wet...

I have been using the dishwasher for 3 months now. I have tried several settings to get dryer dishes and I have made sure my rinse aid is full. The dishes are always wet at the end of the cycle. I love how quiet it is and everything comes clean (although I rinse well when loading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is adequate and does the job it's supposed to. My previous dishwasher lasted 23 years, and still worked, but one of the door springs broke and the racks were deteriorating. I wish I still had it. The LG is very quiet, but I can't understand why it would take 2.5 hours to wash a load of dishes that previously took only an hour with the old dishwasher. The installation instructions weren't completely clear, and I had to view an internet site to figure out how to attach the installation brackets to the dishwasher. I have yet to be able to adjust the legs to raise it to counter height. The front legs simply won't turn. I stripped the square hole at the top of the plastic leg where a ratchet was supposed to fit in order to make the adjustment. I can't move them from the bottom either. I also haven't been able to turn the screws to adjust the back legs, although I haven't tried a battery powered screwdriver. The detergent dispenser is difficult to latch closed once it is filled. On the positive side, the dishwasher has a food particle grinder/filter that does not have to be removed for cleaning and the drying cycle does a great job. I hope it lasts as long as the old dishwasher, but I don't think they make 'em like they used to.

Pleased with appearance and low noise. Dishes and pans very clean. Cycles tend to be longer than typical, and this uses more electricity. "Flexible" racks are rather weak, and drop down often. Silverware rack holds utensils awkwardly, though serviceable.

We love our dishwasher cos' it gave us the service we need in having our dishes perfectly clean with a quiet performance. The futures it offers are super convenient for the hard job of getting the dishes clean. We'll widely recommended to everybody, specially to our friends.

Excellent dishwasher and the price was just right. Lots of features to get your dishes clean. Really like the adjustable shelves and rack spaces. Very very quiet as compared to others we either owned or looked at. Easy to install. Very easy to keep clean.
