Solid Product, one annoyance

Overall, my husband and I like this product. It runs quietly and cleans the dishes well. Most of the time the plastic dishes are completely dry too, something we hadn't had in previous dishwashers. It also has several options for loading the dishwasher as the top rack moves up and down allowing for taller objects on top, the lower racks you can configure almost anyway to fit what you need washing. The one issue we have is the lower rack falls off the tracks frequently. Although they easily go back on it is annoying when you are trying to shut the dishwasher and have to replace the rack on the track.

The cycles are too long, the bottom rack falls off the track to easy. My older unit was a different brand and it was 'much' better.
Pros: limited features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but leaves residue and racks fall easily

The dishwasher does a great job but it leaves soap residue on the inside door trailing from where you put the soap in. It does not seem to leave the residue on the dishes. Also, the racks on the bottom rack go up and down and seem to go down too easily (drives my wife easily). I also never received my wine glass holder for the top rack when it was installed, not sure why. Otherwise, reliable and good product.

This dishwasher is easy to use, has flexibility in how you place dishes with prongs and racks that can be moved up or down for size of dishes. It is quiet, and has a fun tune it plays when you turn it on and when the dishes are done. GREAT BUY!

Great dishwasher with 1-2 exceptions

It gets the job done quietly and I like the dropdown top rack and ability to run small loads. One issue is that it goes through jet dry much too fast and its not cheap. The other is when it's done it play's a song but there isn't an indicator light to shown it is clean. Later you have no idea if it's clean or dirty if you didn't run the load. We now use a green magnet to shown its done.
