[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this house and dishwasher since 2014 and have had to call in service requests on it no less than 8 times--4 times in the last year. LG working with our home warranty company has been unable to repair this last time yet slow to work with us on a replacement product, which they're supposed to do under our home warranty product. I don't plan to get another LG if I have a choice.
