Not cleaning properly

Not sure how old this units are but we just moved to a new house and the unit is the LDS5040ST. The unit is not efficient at all and after two hours the dishes are not as clean as you expect. I tried maintaining it to get better results but still the dishes are dirty.

Very good dishwasher. I have owned it several years now and only issue are the rusting of the racks. I am in process of ordering new racks. Rusting is not everywhere but not still do not want to wash dishes, etc with rust.
