Nice bargain priced dishwasher

We bought this product to replace an older high-end dishwasher from another maker. Overall the performance is good for a dishwasher that lacks an internal heating mechanism. Because there is no heating element, there are some special considerations with this machine. You must run the hot water in your sink until it was very hot before you start the machine, because it depends on the temperature of your tap water to clean the dishes. You may want to consider turning up the temp on your water heater if it tends to run cooler. Again, because there is no heating element to dry the dishes you need to keep the "jet dry" reservoir full or the dishes will come out wet. Despite these limitations, it cleans excellently, has a good variety of cycles and the adjustable racks make loading simple. aesthetically, the product is very attractive. And as a bonus, when the cycle finishes, it plays a little tune reminiscent of the underwear gnomes song from South Park.

Love this dishwasher

We have owned this dishwasher for 3 months. We do a LOT of dishes here. I mean really, a LOT of dishes. We wash at least 2 loads of dishes a day and sometimes more so I have tested this dishwasher out quite a bit in 3 months. I put bakeware in the washer that I would have had to soak overnight or longer before putting in previous dishwasher, and even then it might not have come clean. But in this washer I put it in with no soaking or anything before hand, just to see how well it would clean. I fully expected it to still have food bits on it, or be cloudy or something when the cycle was done. Not only did that not happen, but the dish came out so sparkling clean that I think it might have been cleaner than it had been in a very long time. It looked brand new! My daughter bought an old, dirty, water marked fish bowl from the second hand store, and I just put it in the washer to see how it would do. Also came out sparkling like new. I have been so impressed with this washer that I hope I never ever have to replace it and have told everyone I know how great it is. I love that the dishes come out not only clean, but perfectly dry and NOT MELTED! We use a lot of plastic here and our old washer it would sometimes end up getting knocked onto the heating element and melting. Or even, as we wash plastic utensils too, melting in the silverware rack from the heat. This has not happened even once with this washer. I really like that this unit has a food disposal. The previous dishwasher I would have to prewash dishes, and then still if I missed any food bits I would have to wipe out the bottom of the washer to clean those up. This washer, I NEVER prewash and I have not had to clean up any food bits even once. The only things I can think of that I do not like much is that the unit does not save your settings. I have my small children load the dishwasher and turn it on, but on this unit I had to write down instructions so they would know which buttons to push. Previous dishwasher they only had to push power. I also do not like that the cycles take so long. We use power scrub a lot, and that takes nearly 3 hours. If you add sanitize, extra rinse or extra dry it takes almost 4 hours. Crazy. But it does do the job very well. We have used the other settings, but the power scrub does the best job for us with the amount of dishes we use. Normal works great too but power scrub does the best on bakeware and pots/pans. The unit is louder than our old unit, probably from the disposal. But it is not so loud as to be noticed in the next room or disrupt discussions in the kitchen. Overall this dishwasher is fantastic. A bit expensive, but if it lasts us for several years longer than our old washer did then its worth it.

This dishwasher is really quiet.

I'm pleased with the purchase of this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet. I have the top rack lowered, this enables larger items to fit with no problem. The only issue I have is that dinner plates placed in the bottom of the dishwasher will fall forward if the rack isn't pushed in smoothly. I think the tines are a little too short. However, I would definitely recommend this product. It holds a lot of dishes and cleans well.

The racks seems to be arranged in a strange manner that does not give more room. Additionally, the washer seems to trap food odors from dishes sitting in it that it stinks up the house if we left it even slightly open...not very happy about the smell and the capacity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was so used to my old noisy dishwasher, that it was such a pleasant surprise to barely hear this one running. I love how the racks are able to change size to accommodate larger items.
My kitchen looks quite complete with all my major appliances matching.

After looking at all the other models and features i found this to be the best, not only quality by value.
This has to be the quieted dishwasher i have ever heard. You cant even tell it running! The style is the best. I would with out a doubt recommend with product.

This was the first dishwasher that we had bought in several years. our old one had been out for about 5 years. When we picked this one out at best buy and we had to wait about 2 weeks before it came on the market. after professional instillation we could not believe how quiet it was and how well it washed and dried the dishes. The soft food disposer is a treat. Hardly any rinsing of dishes before washing. Thank you for such a great well made product at an affordable price....It is good to see a company that will back up their product for 10 years. We were sold.
