The Note II is a great product with a big screen that is easy to view web content, magazines, books, and games. It provides crystal clear viewing of movies on Netflix and You Tube. The overall speed of the phone is great with no delay when moving from app to app or screen to screen. The product is inexpensive when you consider the great mobility you have that include working on documents and the S-Pen. The S-Pen is a joy to work with and provides fast easy solution to jotting down notes on the go. Great overall product. Thanks Samsung for providing a leading product that helps get things done throughout the day.

The power on this phone is amazing. Is currently able to handle any app throw it's way. All the features built into this phone and discovering a new one each day just makes it the perfect phone for anyone.

Best phone I have ever used

The only negatives are the location of the power button, it really needs to be on top. When it is held fingers are always hitting it. And it is super slick. It absolutely has to have a case because it slides everywhere and can be hard to hold. Needs some type of textured back plate. The notification bar gets quite cluttered as well. Needs a bigger internal hard drive, 16gig is not very big.
Usability and speed are amazing. Display size is perfect. Still have not found all the options available. Even the external speaker is of decent quality. The factory battery is really good. I listen to music, both streaming and off the hard drive, for about 10 hours a day and it doesn't need recharged. It makes the iphone look like a toy.

Simply Untouchable in Every way

I purchased my Galaxy Note II and I love it. I love its performance, the design, it's beautiful screen, and everything i can do on it. It's simply just untouchable. I can browse the web, listen to music, watch videos all without any hesitation or slowdown.
I especially love the screen size. Videos, gaming, just flow seamlessly and smooth. This phone is meant for visuals. I cannot even take other phones seriously now. when i look at another phone, I just can't imagine being without my Galaxy Note.. It's a beautiful and superior piece of technology, and a beautiful device to hold in my hand because of its perfect design. I'll never go back to another phone maker because samsung's convinced me that the best phones are made by them, and made even funner with the S-pen, which appeals to someone like me who's always on the go, jotting down quick memos, and even more because I love Art, so I can throw down sketches.
The music player is awesome, and music just sounds better on this device than any device I've ever listened to music on. Rich in eq choice rounds off enjoyable listening.
Nothing comes close to this feature-rich phone, and I can't say enough about it except that I'm very happy with it. I've picked the perfect phone on the market, the most powerful phone at this moment (until the Galaxy S-4 arrives I figure), and most importantly, the most fun phone I've ever owned. Thank you samsung for thinking outside the box and giving me a phone that i find to actually be useful, productive, fun, and proud to show off!

I love EVERYTHING in this product!

I have been wanting this and now that I have it there is so much I do with this. Its not just a phone but a tablet , camera and video recorderand player. I watch all the TV shows I miss and the videos I make right on it. I record my sons sports and the S Pin is better then any other I have tried. There are so many Apps I can use on this and with a 64 Gig card in it I am not close to filling it. I also listen to my music and the sound is 100 times better then any phone out there.
I would never by some big A type product or products when my Note 2 can do it all and I have no worries about my batteries being replaced . and if I need more memory I can replace that too , try those with some big A type product. The only way I will give up my Note 2 is if they make a 3.

Awesome phone!

This is my first Samsung smart phone and I am loving everything about it so far. I especially enjoy the multiview function. I didn't think it was essetial at first, but I am using it more and more. The only thing I was not too pleased with was the durability of the glass screen. I had the phone 2 days and opted not to get a screen protector since I had Gorilla Glass and I felt the S-Pen' s sensitivity would be diminished if I had one. 2 days was all it took for the screen to get 2 scratches. I am a pretty particular in this regard - I hate smudges on my phone so I am always cleaning it. Otherwise the phone is indeed the best phone I have ever owned!
Pros: large display, great performance
Cons: glass scratches easily
