I lost money on this purchase

the fridge broke after being used for 5 months. dealing with samsung pro customer service as well as case management dept was a nightmare. i would not recommend buying this or any other samsung product, ever!
after reporting to samsung that it was broken on dec 7 2020, i struggled to get and result from this company. after 4 case numbers and over 8 weeks without a fridge we recieved a refund. samsung did not refund the full purchase price. literally lost money on this purchase.

Terrible experience.

I cannot say what the truth is in this review. If I state the truth about the refrigerator that it will not cool I get sensored and told to redo my review. Is that even legal to do?. Needless to say I have a product that I cant use.

delivered yesterday, today, the freezer is loaded with frost hate it hate it will be telling EVERYONE not to purchase samsung..........WORD of mouth the best or worst advertising

Cons: Poor quality, did not last more than a day

The wife loves the double doors and the lighted bottom freezer.She had wanted a stainless steel refrigerator for some time and this really fits the bill.Also like the high profile design.It was delivered right on her birthday which was great ! Made me look good !

This unit is spectacular! Keeps everything cold, the ice maker is efficient the space is more than adequate. In our old refrigerator we could not find so many things and by the time we did we needed to throw them out!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

I love my new Samsung, this is a beautiful design with LED lighting and, well laid out design, it is a small size for a custom fit cabinet. It is so quiet and, It is hard to even hear it running. The ice maker is so fast I have to shut if off as sometimes it will overflow ice bin. I love the movable shelves, you an customize your shelves to whatever suits you. Very happy with my purchase.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, beautiful layout, lots of drawers, movable shelves
Cons: no water dispenser in this special size

My Common-sense Refrigerator

After 22 years of service my fridge gave up. I was so pleased finding a new one with common sense design. The easy pull-open freezer door is a blessing with its 2shelf interior and ice-maker. It is so easy to clean compared to wire racks. The double-door refrigerated food section is also easy to use with adjustable shelves and door container storage. The one long plastic storage pull out is super for those long trays for entertaining(appetizers, desserts etc.) The fridge also is super quiet except when cubes drop. Love it!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
