The product is working fine. It is exactly what we wanted for our space. I would highly recommend looking at Samsung products as they appear to work fine for a very good value.

The depth of this product is great. I love the wide drawer for my cold cuts.
I have plenty of room for everything - breads, vegetables and assorted jars .
My big items fit with much room - ice tea, milk, juice and water containers.
I am happy with my choice.

After having a 3 year old refrigerator stop cooling and not freezing ice cream I knew I wanted to replace this terrible product with a Samsung. My new Samsung fits perfectly in my smaller kitchen, looks sleek and modern and has tons of storage space. I love the freezer on the bottom too! Its lighted, easy to organize and you can see everything at a glance.
The only minor complaint I have is that tall items such as soda bottles and even juice containers only fit on the door. If I reconfigure one set of shelves I will probably get more tall storage space. Too me this seems like a minor inconvenience for this quality product. This is my second Samsung kitchen appliance and I would highly recommend this brand over the "tried and true" products of my mom's day.

Love being on eye level with food products- no more bending down to see what's on bottom shelf. Freezer great size and easy to find items- love it!

I love the bottom freezer

I love the bottom freezer. I looked for years for the French door with the bottom freezer that would fit in my space. I would have bought the higher end with the fancier insides if it had been available in the 30" wide, but could not wait any longer to replace the old one. Maybe by the time I need a new one they will have the higher end insides for the small space models.

Cons: low in features

I love the appearance but....

This is my second refrigerator...the first refrigerator had a broken part so a replacement was sent. The second refrigerator had to have the mother board replaced because the inside temperature was not working properly. Why would the mother board need to be replaced on a BRAND NEW product?
Cons: replacment needed on a brand new product
