LOVE IT AND IT COMES IN BLACK

My refrigerator was not producing ice and the temperature readings were all over the place. So I begain looking for a replacement. My preferred brand only came in stainless steel. I have never liked stainless steel and prefer black. So I stated looking for a black one. Then finding an on-the-door icemaker became the problem because they took up too much space. I chose Samsung because it offered black as an option and tthe how the icemaker functions. With the french-door design, I have lots of space. Also the produce drawers offer more space than most others. Eating more produce these days requires more refrigerator space All my food is at eye level. Thank you Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, good design

Great size a couple on inches narrower than my last fridge but this one is a few inches deeper so I have much more space

I've been partly disappointed

Generally, I like the unit and am pleased with my purchase. Its components (drawers, doors, hinges, etc.) have a sturdy feel that was missing in other units I shopped. There are two drawbacks - one minor and one major, It has been a small inconvenience to get accustomed to not having a separate compartment for storing butter. It has been a major disappointment to find that the unit was advertised and sold to me as being EnergyStar rated when that is not the case, As it turns out, the unit was certified for EnergyStar under an obsolete EPA specification code. It is fairly certain that it would qualify under the current code as well, but Samsung appears to have chosen NOT to rectify this unit. Recertification is a common practice when EPA specifications are updated. The net result is that I'm not eligible for a utility rebate that I had counted on when making the purchase.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
Cons: not energystar certified
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

so far my Samsung fridge has been noisy, when you open the doors the vibrate so much you close them as quick as possible,
the ice maker only seems to work when it wants to, sometimes there is lots of ice and sometimes there is hardly any
