We have only had our refrigerator for 3 weeks. At this point my wife is very pleased with the refrigerator and in our home that is the one whose opinion counts. It is all that was advertised about it and so far has performed up to any orevious reviews I have read.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

I have a limitation on the available height, so I didn't have a lot of options. But, based on my previous experience with Samsung products ( a smooth top range and a 60" smart TV), I chose the Samsung. extremely well engineered, and typical Samsung quality.
Pros: spacious, stylish

When my 20-year old fridge started leaking, I started researching. Because my space was limited, I chose this model which gave me just as much refrigerator space and more freezer space in a footprint smaller than my old one. Little did I know how much I would appreciate the simplicity and features of this model. It is beautiful, modern-looking and came with a price tag even I could afford. My daughter and granddaughter are sooooo jealous!!!!!!! A toast to you and 20+ more years of enjoyment!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, easy to move and clean behind

Very unhappy with new Samsung frig

I bought a Samsung French door Refrigerator, gas stove & Microwave, they have been installed 2 weeks & the refrigerator does not work properly, had a repair man come & now the brand near refrigerator needs a new motor. Not Happy with Samsung.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOUD,VERY,VERYLOUD

bought this in sep through the samsung website. delivery and install were great. after plugged in,is very loud. you can hear the fans cycling up and down speed. i do not have the icemaker turned on or hooked up. it vibrates the floor so loud you can hear downstairs. it can be heard throughout upstairs. i bought 3 year samsung care, but apparently that dosen't cover an extremely loud unit. i will be removing and placing on curb in front of our house if you want it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This could because of a few different reasons. It could be a leveling concern or ice is frozen on the ice maker fan. The best way to find out is to troubleshoot the fridge. Check out the link below for helpful tips. ^Pat
