Great device for an office, desk or anyplace

I purchased this directly from JBL about two weeks ago. It has met all of my expectations and I'm pleased with my device. There is a swivel lightening connector so my iPhone fits in the OnBeat Micro even while in my slim case, it charges the phone quickly and plays clearly, even without any batteries loaded in the device. I use it on my desk to charge the phone and listen to music and white noise while at my computer. Perfect solution for my needs….and my phone is always ready to grab and go with a full charge!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect!!

After ordering a system that didn't support the iPhone6, even though it advertised it did, I ordered this and noted that it was for the 5s. Well, lo and behold, it works on the 6 too. And boy it works really good. Small footprint for small spaces but great sound. Too bad this model is discontinued. Hopefully the newer model is just as good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Connection

I bought this dock for my office. I had an old version that worked well with my old phone. I am sorry to say this one does not work. My phone does not connect (for charge or music playback) at least 80% of the time. I wrote to JBL and have yet to hear back from anyone. Poor product and poor customer service.

Awesome Speaker/Design but Poor Firmware

It does not do any of these at the same time
-Charging: It shows that it's charging but it the battery level never goes up it goes down.
-Docking on Batteries: Speaker does not work at all after my last firmware update trial.

I am not sure how long the firmware update should last. It's on for 15 minutes but still the amber/white light is on and off.
Totally disappointed with the firmware quality. The speaker quality overall is good though.
I don't even want to donate this to Goodwill because it'll cause extreme frustration to the next buyer.

i bout a jbl on beat micro with the christmas money i have and i love it. it sounds good and the desighn is awesome and never will go to bose or beats or anything....

Can not use if phone is in case
