This our second Oster toaster in the past 5 years, & we use our toaster every morning for either Bagels, Toast, & Waffles. The best feature is the Bagel setting for a crispier bagel, without burning the sides.

Oster makes good blenders but their toasters are below average..This one didn't last 2 years despite very light use..

We will make sure that our design and production team are made aware of your feedback. We know that having a toaster that is not working is such an inconvenience and we truly want to assist you with that. However, please understand that your unit only has a 1-year limited warranty. As of today, your unit is already beyond the warranty period. We highly suggest that you visit the nearest service center or appliance center in your location to have your toaster checked and possibly fixed.

I would probably give this a higher number of stars, but I purchased this just 4 years ago and I’m having to replace it.
Other than that, it’s don’t what a toaster should do.
