Analog Stick Not Functioning Properly

I have been a Sony guy all my life, this ps4 controller is slowly pushing me away from Sony. I can't play Cod or 2k due to the fact my left analog is not operating properly. I have 2 controllers and refuse to spend 60 dollars again. While playing COD left stick freezes while trying to move in any direction, 2k15 while trying to move player it makes the player go backwards. I don't play everyday and that's why I'm upset because limited use and still having this problem with a 400 dollar system. Sony please fix this issue or refund ppl for this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
