I have no complaints, it works great! We have hard water, but it still cleans wonderful. The only issue I have is the bottom rack coming off the track, but that seems to happen with all dishwashers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

just bought home, brand new construction, the dishwasher is inoperable and we have not been able to use it for the first time yet. We have been in the home 2 weeks now and we cannot seem to get service team to come out at a time that we are available to get work done. Identified this to be an issue several weeks before purchase.

I got this dishwasher not expecting too much but the basics. This is the worse dishwasher I've ever had. I've stopped using it and now just hand wash my dishes. They come out worse than they went in. And no, it's not my water or detergent. I've used the same with all my dishwashers and the one previous to this. Don't waste your money, keep looking!!

This model came with our new construction home. The racks are poorly designed! None of my dishes fit in properly, very small interior, and washes horribly. Regardless of detergent you have to hand wash before use to get clean dishes :/ we are going to bite the bullet and purchase a different model after 2 months of suffering through this one.

This dishwasher is a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are three problems with this dishwasher.
First, the quality is poor. Within one month of installation, the upper dish rack jammed so badly that it could barely be moved in or out. The service tech who repaired the problem indicated that the original rollers have to be replaced in all these models because the quality is so poor.
Second, the racks offer no flexibility in loading anything other than dinner plates. There is no accommodation for pots and pans and their lids.
Third, there is no way to tell, once the dishwasher is started, where it is in its cycles. To me this is a critical flaw.
I do not recommend this dishwasher and am disappointed that General Electric cannot build a better product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
