Instruction manual needs actual words

I bought the JBL charge 2 and the manual is too difficult to help. The pictures don't help me understand how the speakers work. I got on your website hoping to find better instructions but they are the same as those from the box. An instructional video would help

I bought it two months ago. The sound of music was great. I charged it all night and one one botton is s still switched turn on/off but it doesn't work. What may happened? Is it broken down ? :(

I accidentally dropped it 4 ft high in a concrete... still it sounds superb.

Great sound, great features

Used to have Bose speaker system - this sounds just as good, amazingly. It's easy to connect and has great features like speaker phone and group use. All that at a very appealing price. What's not to like?
