I haven't found anything to complain about in day to day use. I'm in love with the screen quality and the overall performance and gaming performance especially are both amazing! I've not found a task I can't use this for. I might ding it a bit for the S-Pen being mostly useless and more novel than useful, but I won't. I do use it as a stylus on occasion, especially for note-taking during class. The overall size is just right for my hands, the screen speaker sound is sufficient, and it feels like it weighs less than my wife's S3. My wife has an S3, and I came from an ATT Captivate, so I started out my Note II adventure by buying a few extra batteries on Amazon. I picked up a few for my wife as well. She goes through 2 a day, but the Note II Battery life is more than sufficient to make it through a long day of navigation, music-listening, and sporadic game playing (with the occasional academic pursuit interspersed). One additional ding against the note II: I was sitting on a cement bench, and as I sat with the note II on my leg, it slid to the side and fell to the bench, no more than a few inches. Functionally, the phone is Okay, but the cheap plastic took a pretty bad gouge. Not pretty.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, long battery life
Cons: expensive

Traded in my I-phone 4s it was just too small. This phone out-performs it in so many ways. Enjoyed it so much I traded my I-pad for the note tablet.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: some built in apps i could do without.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I upgraded from my Windows phone to the Note II because it is a great phone that offers the perfect size for my needs, built in apps that you have to pay for elsewhere and it has a ton of memory, plus you can add a ton of addition memory. Compared against all other phones, this one knocks it out of the park.
The Note II is the best phone on the market. Even with the Galaxy 4 about to release, those who want the larger screen and s-pen will choose the Note II.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, large screen, s-pen
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was an Iphone user and loved my Iphone until I went to my Note 2. I use it for navigation since I am in law enforcement, school since I am taking online classes, and have tons of music and movies. Playing movies is awesome on the big screen. The only downfall is that i cannot customize my music playlist by hooking it up like the Iphone. If there was some kind of itunes on it, that would make it perfect even though it almost is. Oh well you cant have everything you want. Love the phone and cant wait till the Note 3 comes out.
