On my second machine, now also broken

I bought my original machine in May. It worked properly for about a week and then would barely make enough to cover the bottom of the cup. The company did send me a replecement, which took weeks to get to me. I got it and started using it on a Wednesday. It worked fine until Sunday, when it made me a 1/2 cup. On Monday, it would not make a drop of coffee. I would not recoment purchasing this product AT ALL. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased it. I had a Keurig for years and it worked perfectly, so I thought this would work well. I was wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this for over a year, it works GREAT.

I have this and a Keurig machine and I GREATLY prefer this one. It's in my office at work, and probably used 20 or so times daily, for everything from hot cocoa to tea to coffee. Never clogged, never had a problem with cup size, nothing. I'm so sorry others are having trouble, but I felt I needed to chime in, since our experience has been so positive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Service

I bought this several weeks ago and use it daily. It is so easy to use. I have never had a problem with it until a guest threw away the insert when she took out the k-cup. I ordered a replacement and had it within 4 days. Superb service Sunbeam!! If or when I have to replace it, I will definitely buy another.

Very disappointed!

I am currently on my second unit! This one is now doing the same thing as my last one it is not brewing the proper amount of coffee! I have tried cleaning they it several times! My first unit did this in just under a year old and now this one is the exact same way! I was excited the the manufacturer replaced my first unit but now the replacement is going haywire!!

I bought this machine about 3 months ago. It worked about a month and then stopped brewing. Sometimes it would brew enough for one drink then nothing the next time. I have cleaned according to owners manual. I would not buy another one. Stay away from mr. Coffee single brew machines. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

Worked at first, now it's hit or miss

Loved my first Keurig- at FIRST. Then it stopped brewing the full amount, or none at all. I am surprised to see so many similar comments/problems from users on here. Seems to be a common theme here...

Coffee Pods Cost too much/ Refill pods dont work

I received my machine as a gift.The coffee is to expensive for these machines.I figured it would cost me 4 cases of Walmart 48 count boxes per month just for me. I tried a refillable k cup and the needle does not go down in the pod. I tried several brands.I just read on this site that someone tore the top off the refillable pod and tear the top off and replace it with alum, foil. I just went to Wamart and bouight another Black and Decker Drip Coffee maker since it was cheaper to buy a new machine,reuseable coffee filter and a can of coffee than what it would be for 4 cases of coffee k cups. The coffee companies are making a lot of money with these k cups.Another thing I realized theres no recycle symbol on the k cup you throw in the trash.I realize these are small but they will add up in the landfills. Lets see someone develop a recycleable k cup.

Every few normal cups it will brew tiny cup

I got this as a wedding present 2 years ago and have always wondered why I would get normal sized cups and then get a very small, very strong small cup. It wastes my coffee grounds and I have to brew another cup. I looked at this website and saw that most people have the same problem. Guess I need to buy a new, better coffee maker, got any GOOD alternatives?
