I bought about a year ago and use it daily. The only problem is that the reservoir leaks if you don't dry under it every time I fill it. Also I cant find a reusable k-cup for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this a month ago as a gift. I can't find the reusable filters that fit it. Makes a big mess. So far the water amounts are ok, but in reading the other reviews I hope I don't have those problems.

Based on what you've described, I'd like to offer some tips that may help. For the permanent filter that bests fits your single serve brewer, we recommend the My K-Cup which is manufactured by Keurig. Please note that the K-Cup holder must be removed from your brewer before inserting the My K-Cup. To remove the K-Cup holder from the Brewer, lift the front face of the Brewer. Grasp the top of the K-Cup pack Holder with one hand while pushing up on the bottom of the K-Cup pack Holder from underneath with the other until it releases. If you continue to experience any issues with your single server brewer, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at 1-800-672-6333. We will be glad to help Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm Eastern.

If you have more than one person in the office or drink more than one cup of coffee I'd recommend something with a larger reservoir. Otherwise it's a good little machine.

Just stopped working

Sometimes a full cup, sometimes a half cup. Now, no cup, just stopped working all together. Very disappointed with this system. Will just move on and try a different bran coffee maker.

Don't Expect To Use Your Own Coffee

I bought this just a few days ago, and I'm sorry I did... I do not like companies selling me expensive, pre-measured coffee in little plastic containers that will be around for generations after I'm gone. I buy a reusable adapter and put my own coffee in it. The problem with this machine is that the lid won't lock when using the adapter - and I've bought 2 different adapters - both non 2.0. At $10 a piece, I've already added $20 to the value of the coffeemaker. I expected better from the brand. No more Mr. Coffee for me.

Extremely disappointed!!

Bought this product a few months back. Worked great for a few weeks and then started brewing less than half the cup size. Now it doesn't even pump the water into the machine. I've tried everything to fix it and nothing works. If I had saved the receipt and box I would be returning it immediately.
