Single Cup failure, Mr Coffee Response !

My 3 stars reflected my view of the 24 oz Single Cup product that I have. Same problem as many of you have stated, very disappointed, enough problems in life w/o coffee pot issues, HOWEVER, called Mr Coffee today and w/o receipt, strictly on my word, they are going to send me a replacement. I applaud them for that and look forward to recieving it and giving Mr Coffee a 2d chance ! Thanks Mr Coffee !

Don't purchase!

Do not buy. It worked for maybe 6 months. It worked inconsistently at times (& I read the instructions & knew how to operate). Finally, it just quit -- it thought it was making coffee but no water output.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this Mr. Coffee 1 1/2 years ago works really well. I use it 3 or more times a day.I was wondering does it have a filter that needs to be changed?

works good for awhile

This is my 2nd one in 2 years. The company replaced the first one cause it stop brewing. Now when I try to brew a big cup it blinks like there isn't any water in it but it does.after 4 attempts it finally works. Not happy at all. Wish my fiance had bought a keureg to begin with

We got this for Christmas because our Mini Keurig had died! It is great. Works perfect every time. Allow you to have a 10 ounce drink. Uses regular k-cups. We love it!!

This single cup is amazing! I can make either a 10oz or 6oz cup or if going out I can use my travel mug. It is as versatile as me! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Compact size fits well on small countertops.

Great coffee maker. No problems yet with coffee flow into cup like with the Kerig (sp). Wish they would make a larger water container though.
