It's OK

My niece got this for me as a Christmas present. It's ok for one person, but to have 2 or 3 guest it's not good. Who do you give the first cup to? and leave the other setting around looking at the person that took the first cup. I can't afford the coffee inserts, so I use the cup you fill. The problem is the water container mildews. If you take it out till the next morning the connection goes hard(I guess) and you can only get 4 oz cup of coffee. After I let it stay for a few days it started making 10 oz. cups. You have to dump the left over water or the coffee taste bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my 24 oz. Mr. Coffee K-Cup system for my birthday and less than 1 month later it would either not work, or it would 'eject' the water out of the bottom, all over the counter. Needless to say I was very disappointed.
However, upon calling the manufacturer I was pleasantly surprised as they sent me a new machine at no charge. Since receiving my new coffee maker (same brand) I have not had any issues at all. Thank you.

The only problem I've had so far is finding a refillable K-Cup to fit it. You HAVE to make sure that when you're done brewing coffee you lift the lid- otherwise the needle gets jammed up from sitting in the coffee K-Cup. I bought refillable K-Cups to make my own little packages and just snapped the top off of them and replace it with aluminum foil and that seems to work fine. Cleans up easily and brews my coffee right everytime. Sorry to hear so many other people are having problems with it! It was a birthday gift from my mother-in-law and I use it daily! :)

So disappointed in this product.

I was excited to buy this product as had used larger ones at work and they were quick and convenient - plus would be able to make coffee, tea and hot chocolate. However, after a few weeks I wish I had kept the receipt! Awful product. Hardly ever brews a full cup - does not matter if you choose the large or small option - just brews randomly. Last 2 cups I brewed tonight for friends required two brewings to fill them up enough. Then the coffee is too weak. The K-Cups are not cheap and it is so annoying to grab the cup to take in the car the work and see that there is just a few mouthfuls actually brewed! I will be going back to the old fashioned coffee makers with loose coffee and a warming plate!

Bought for myself and disappointed. Sometime it brews the 10 ounces and some times it brew whatever it wants too. Thinking about returning and getting a different brand

The main issue I have had is that sometimes the coffee maker will take in the water and somewhere along the way it gets lost and pours out into the base instead of brewing my coffee. I have followed all cleaning instructions and sometimes it brews like this for days. I just keep trying and eventually it starts working correctly again. I will never buy another one. I wish I could return this one. I need my coffee in the morning. I also drink hot tea throughout the day, my husband likes the specialty blends, and my kids drink the hot chocolate. I would rather buy my coffee every morning than ever buy another Mr. Coffee K-cup brewer.

doesn't work

I received this coffee machine as a gift for christmas about 6 months ago and today it stopped working all together! for the past 3 months its been inconsistent with how much coffee it brews almost ever single time but now it doesn't brew at all! it sucked in the water and made the loud brewing noise it does but nothing came out. Now looking at the reviews i can't believe every other person is having the same problem

Easy to use

We've been using this product for a couple of months. We use it to make the occasional quick cup of coffee and it works great. It's not meant for high volume and it takes a minute or two to heat the water between cups, but that's what I expect for this class of machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
