Good idea; bad in actuallity

For the first month, the brewer was great. Then sometimes we got a full 10 oz cup, sometimes just a partial one. We too, got coffee grinds in some of the cups when brewing.
The pot is very inconsistent. I called Customer Service and they are sending out a new one--I only hope that it is a DIFFERENT MODEL so we don't have to go through this again.
Would not recommend this model.

Great brewer at great price

I have had this brewer close to 2 years, and have never had a minute's trouble with it. It brews a consistent size cup, plenty hot. I follow the directions, including using distilled water. Have only had to clean it once. Not sure why so many poor reviews. Even found a refillable K-cup that fits.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought it two months ago and its been churning out coffee like a champ. I'm in college and my roommates share this machine with me. It works hard and never disappoints. Highly recommend

Unpack and set-up is simple. A quick glance at the quick start guide and I had my first cup within 10 minutes of arriving home with my new System. After two days of use with coffee, hot chocolate and hot cider it has been flawless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Inconsistent Amounts

I have always had good luck with Mr Coffee brand products, but wish I would have read reviews on this before I bought it. Luckily I only use it a few times a week, so I put up with it, but I have to brew it twice to fill a regular size travel mug. Today I measured the amount on both settings several times and it is delivering 3/4 cup (6oz) on both settings. Frustrating.

cleaning question

I have had mine for over a year and its been awesome. No issues. however recently, I went to descale and clean the interior with vinegar, and underneath the k-cup portion pack assembly housing (I had pulled it out to place in the dishwasher) the funnel had fallen down into the space underneath. There was a lot of gunk in that space. Is was disgusting. I am assuming that when the funnel fell off, maybe the hot chocolate dripped into there and piled up. I am looking for a way to clean it, but don't want to hurt the machine. I didn't see any comments on this, can anyone help?

Dont Buy!!!!!

Don't waste your money on this item. You can't use any reusable filter on this item. Even their customer service person I spoke with uses an actual Keurig, not a Mr. Coffee. Very disappointed!

Not a quality product

I bought this after having 2 original Keurig's, for the lower price. You get what you pay for. Same complaint as others. Just doesn't make a full cup of coffee. On the 10oz setting, I get less than 8 oz of coffee, often just 6oz. Very dissapointed in product
