Our brand new 20.9 cu fft freezer

If this new one is as good as the last, we will be thrilled. The last one was over 35 yrs old. Never had a problem, just got tired out. The new oaane is built more user friendly, love shelf arrangements, space on door more usable. Great appliance!!!!

Bought at Home Depot, Very happy with all the GE products that I bought. Did buy because GE is at least assembled in USA! I can not find anything wrong with all the GE's that I bought Including a whole Kitchen and laundry.

The freezer cooled down quickly and is so convenient with the adjustable door bins. Having the interior light is just great!!

One of the few true deep freezers!!

So glad an upright true deep freezer is still being made. My previous freezer kept food as originally purchased for a year or two. EASY DEFROSTING: remove all food (put in pile and cover with blankets to keep cold), attach hose to drain and with the door propped open, aim a fan up and into the freezer from right outside of the freezer opening (put it on a chair or bench). The ice starts to drop off in 5 mins and is easily done in 30 min. Keep moving the ice to prevent the drain from plugging and keep wiping down the walls and shelves. Easiest thing to do and no damage from scraping or heating!!

bought online-delivery was simple-good size with lots of space on shelves and drawers. Ignore the high pitched air release when you close the door-it will lessen over time
