My printer would not recognize this cartridge for a couple weeks, It would print the color on the test page, but NOT when I would go to print an item My son sent me an article on how to override the error message, and I had to try that 6 times before it finally worked. Had to turn on printer, unplug the USB cord from both printer and computer, unplug power cord, wait 30 seconds, turn power back on,turn printer back on, and plug in both USB cords.... No technical people that I talked to could help... This is the first time it has happened in all the years I have been using HP products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product sent to me was all that I could ask for. I have only used HP cartridges in my printer and plan to use these replacements.

Cartridge was not completely full

Immediately after receiving the cartridge, I ran a diagnostic test report and the ink level of the cartridge showed that it was at 85%. Isn't it supposed to be at 100%? Should I return it for a another that is 100%? Am I entitled to any compensation? I have been a loyal HP user for over 10 years.

Basic Problem

Your status came up and said that I needed a new magenta. I ordered a new magenta but found a cartridge still available in my drawer about the color of magenta which I matched to what was in my printer and installed the cartridge. It was pinkish and turned out to not be the proper magenta cartridge. I note that your cartridge system fails to print the real color (or even some color code) or any name or number "on the cartridge" that positively identifies the cartridge color. Some kind of Identifier is definitly needed to prevent similar errors !
