[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a set of remanufactured cartridges. The yellow cartridge would not load. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent another set. The yellow cartridge still did not work. We contacted HP for help. The agent was most helpful. We decided to try ordering a yellow cartridge before replacing the printer. We were able to install the HP yellow cartridge and it loaded perfectly as well as printed perfectly. When the time should come to update our printer we will be in touch with HP.

Took from Nov 29 to Dec 9 and had to hunt for a local who had one because we needed it now. Not many carry this cartridge in the stores. Not happy with the service. HP products are good.
