I need to talk to someone. This batch does NOT work. I can barely discern ink on the paper when it exits the printer, and it worked just fine before I changed cartridges. Please send instructions on how to return these cartridges and replace them with a fresh batch. I believe this batch is old and the ink has evaporated. Whatever the problem, I need cartridges that work. Thank you.
I recently purchased ink on-line from your company. I bought the HP Photo Value Pack for 02. The new Cyan cartridge is at 17%. I printed a diagnostic page and the ink was installed on 1-22-18 and expiration date is 2-19-20. I was very disappointed in my purchase.
I purchased this because I couldn’t find the 02 ink refills anywhere else. Unfortunately, the cost was extremely high given the cost of comparable inks.
I have always gone to the local store and ignored the HP pop-up asking if I would like to purchase ink. Well, my HP Photosmart All-In-One is a few years old now and the selection for 02 ink at the local stores is dwindling. So, I finally ordered online and found out what I'd been missing. Wow! How convenient, just as affordable, and shipping was fast. This is the way to go from now on!
