I like the case coverage of the phone and it protects the phone well, but the screen protector fills with dust and needs to be cleaned at least once a week. I've had to have the belt clip replaced once and I (using tent string) rigged the belt clip back on after it broke off 3 times. The plastic the belt clip is made out of seems quite resilient, but there are only two little plastic pins that hold it together. They need to be redesigned using metal.
Pros: Durable
Cons: belt clip not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My job requires me to have my phone with me. As usual most of the time my phone is dropped, falling out of my pocket or set down, then something is set on it. The Otter Box has protected my phone resulting in not having to constantly replace it. This is my 3rd Otter Box with my 3rd phone in 6 years. What a great cover.

Cons: difficulty with holster breaking

the rubber stays loose around the plastic. My old iphone 3g was great and the note 2 case is great, except for the screen protector not laying flat on the screen. yall replaced it but its the same.

Since I purchased this, I have dropped by Note II a number of times with no damage to the unit. To replace it each time it had dropped, this case is easily paid for by the first or second drop.

The actual case for the phone is great. it has protected my phone time and time again.
The clip on belt holder, is not that great. I have broken 3 since I first got my Otterbox. It barely takes any pressure at the right position to snap the top clip off. I have the year warranty on the case, but I stop getting new ones after the third one broke. Felt like I was ripping Otterbox off.
Recommend getting this ONLY for the phone case itself, not the belt holder.

the case makes the phone which is already large bulkier, which is good for shock protection, not so much for fitting it in a pocket

The screen protector is HORRIBLE, It distorts the screen and makes it very hard to touch the screen (I recommend removing it)
