As with all smartphones I wish the battery life was better but, this phone has exceed all expectations in every area.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery life

I was originally waiting for iPhone 5 to come out and replace my iPhone 3GS, but as I read some reviews on comparison between iPhone and Samsung Galaxy G3, I was really impressed by the features offered by Samsung, such as replaceable battery, flexibility of the app environment, the expandability of the memory. I realized how much I would have to miss sticking with an iPhone...., so as a result, ironically, on the day iPhone 5 came out, I went to a store and ordered an S3!
Now I am a proud owner of S3, learning and enjoying all the features first hand, pun intended. and I am really happy about my decision to switch. While I appreciate what iPhone had served me in the past, I am not looking back!
I have read in the review about S3 screen not bright enough, but I found out it suits me very well, especially during night and morning when I turn on the phone, my eyes would not be temporarily blinded by the screen light as in the case of iPhone. Besides, I think the the level of brightness would save power as well.
Pros: Built-in speakers, replaceable battery, expandable memory, flexible app environment, the nice wine color
Cons: battery runs down easily
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new phone

I had a iphone 4 I love the 4.8 inch Screen. I love the Speed it fast an I love 4G LTE

Glass is fragile compared with other galaxy phones

Hairline crack on top right of screen eventually spread to rest of phone. I previously owned a Galaxy S and Galaxy SII and never had issues with the glass. On the forums it appears that other people are having similar issues. The problem is with the design. The glass protrudes farther than the body. The previous Galaxy S phones had the body protrude further out taking the brunt of force for day to day activities. Even with a case the Galaxy SIII will be prone to having the glass shattered.
Cons: fragile glass
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Concern about random shutdowns

Loved this phone until it randomly started shutting itself down. It's happend four time in the last two weeks and the phone is less than 3 months old. AT&T store was not help. Thought it was dead today for good. Managed to get it going again by taking out the battery and reinsterting sevral times. Appears to have some sort of design flaw where the battery doesn't connect firmly with the phone.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone got progressively inoperable

This phone very slowly became completely inoperable and had to be replaced. It made it past the 30 days so I received an refurbished phone. On the day I received the replacement phone the original was making a continuous horn sound until I removed the battery, to put it in the new. I feel I paid a lot of money just to receive nothing but someone elses reconditioned unit. I have no problem buying refurbished phones I do not want to pay top dollar to get one.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, samsung does not have warranty exchange program

This product is a does everything but none of it well

Samsung tried to give this phone every possible feature resulting in a product that doesn't do anything very well or consistently. the design is horrible. I am constantly turning the phone off when trying to change the volume or vise versea . The phone has limited processor power and the battery life is very bad. the screen is extremely hard if not impossible to read in bright light regardless of the setting. the S-voice doesn't work 90% of the time . The phone just locks up if it is not rebooted at least once a day. I have tried re-imaging the device and still the same poor performance I would not buy this phone again.

Cons: Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations, poor button placement, inconsistent performance, limited battery life, slow porcessor
