Just short of perfection

I use my siii every day, for both business & pleasure. I think it's fair to say for my choice in Samsung has to be their relationship with Google/Android but that does not mean they cannot make an exceptional product that I thoroughly enjoy. Only dislikes are design, placement of back button, and plastic-type feel.
Pros: Bright display, speed
Cons: back button placement

Great, but disappointed in eye tracking...

I loved everything about the phone, Except the eye tracking feature. Did not seem to work. Screen went dim after about a minute, no matter how I moved my eyes...
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

Love This Phone

I previously had the first Samsung Galaxy, but was able to get a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S III when I was due for an upgrade at a very reasonable price. I love everything about this phone so far. A few of my favorite features are "Driving Mode", fast 4G, and the Flipboard.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight

I love my Galaxy. It's compact and has a great display, and the stock camera is really good-quality. S-voice is surprisingly useful. Glad I bought this one; now I might buy a Samsung tablet to go with it.

Good hardware; software needs improving

When pulling down the notification screen, frequently some of the icons will be turned off (I usually have all on). For example, I see that I have a message, swipe down and read the message or notification. Later I realize my phone is not ringing because my finger touched that particular icon and it is now turned off.
The sound notification when I receive a call frequently gets louder and louder but it is not set to do that. I have changed it several times but it seems to have a mind of its own.
Overall I like it better than the i Phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
