Former iPhone Lover

I have always loved apple products. So making this switch to Samsung Galaxy SIII was a bit scary. I was intimidated with the phone at first because it is nothing like the iPhone... but thank goodness it's not! I love it! I still have much to learn and get accustomed to, but I'm glad to have made the switch. The only negative is the battery life. It runs out in the middle of the day where as my iPhone went all day before needing a charge. I use the phone and apps frequently so it's a bit frustrating to not have a decent battery life.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: poor battery life, flimsy back

I am so happy to be back with the brand Samsung!!!! I started as a Samsung customer when I had service with Sprint. I switched to AT&T and tried the other brands. Nothing compares to Samsung! I love my Galaxy S3! I tried to wait on the S4 but I couldn't!!! I love love love my phone!!! I haven't been able to use all the features yet but I will learn them soon enough! Thank you Samsung!! My next purchase will be a Samsung television!
I have owned many smart phones (circa late 1990’s), from early proprietary OS phones to early windows to Palm to this on Android 4.1.1.
My S-III It moves between 4G & Wi-Fi seamlessly. It gives me easy access and control of my radios (read various modes of connectivity) status (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS) very easily.
I wish the keyboard had at least left & right cursors (wouldn’t mind & up/down too). I find myself poking at my text trying to get the cursor in the right place. If I get close, then I could fine tune with those keys.
I am disappointed sync with Outlook (not MS Exchange) is not natively supported. It happens to be the most popular small business contact & calendar organizer in the world and not trapped in the Google cloud. Kies fell well short of my expectations. I bought 3rd party sync package.
Great pictures and clear & sharp display.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, good battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this phone for 7 months and its been awesome. I have been able to put PDFs on my phone for my engineering class along with many other classes. If this phone could do Microsoft office programs it would be even better.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!
