Halo 3 ended up being just a decent game after I completed it. It reminded me of an unpolished Resistance 2. The controls were very much the same, which was a plus but the the graphics were very mediocre. It may be due to the 360 lacking in the ability to play in "true HD".
What's great about it: It was almost exactly like the last two
What's not so great: Nothing new was implemented
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Game will not load on 250gb Xbox, 360 keep getting error message that "must be played in xBox360 which it is, the other 10 games we have do well, ever older Sonic games

you really need to play the other halo's in order to even remotely understand this game. but you shouldnt have to play all those games to form your own opinion after playing this terrible game. first the online game itself. your going against top notch players who already know how to play. its not that fun to play online and it is overrated. the story itself is very weird. i got into to at first but at the end it was terrible.
What's great about it: graphics, sound, interraction
What's not so great: online multiplayer is hard, weird game
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the only reson xbox360 is doing good id because of this game but is horrible not violent buy a ps3 and resistance 1 or 2 there alot better than halo and the xbox360 is horrible

this game is like 4 years oldd and it sucks with its master chef ding and the arbiter coming out of the ship all alive and dumb and theres too many kidies going AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB!!!!!
What's great about it: fun to annoy little kids going AHAHAHAHAHAHA NOOOOOOOB!!!!
What's not so great: the little kids going AHAHAHAHAHAHAH NOOOOOOOB!!!!!!! and master chef ding

This could possibly be the best game to be designed since the dawn of the new millenium. I have personally played Halo 1 and it's sequel Halo 2, each one earning my ranking as BEST GAME EVER!
I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview and play the demo in Japan in late July, and i can't explain enough about the brilliant and amazing things that we can all expect from this third installment of the HALO series.
I would bet my beautiful brand new mustang that anyone who buys this game will instantly fall in love with it and play it all the way through numerous times without ever being satisfied. The game is nothing short of addicting in the best possible way.
It's ultimate action and edge of your seat excitment in a box, and worth every penny.You WILL love this game, i guarantee it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best!!

Don't listen to the person that said its only single player. First off, this game has been tested by my buddy, and he has told me that WE can look forward to quad player campaign. Not to mention the fact that you can record short clips or entire games, and replay it as many times as you want; With all of the people in your party... Can you say, lets watch me own you again, and again, and again.... Does anybody else think that this is BAD***!!!! Also, Bungie themselves has said that this game is supposed to support up to 50 palyers in a single game.... HMMMM, anybody for a serious royal rumble?!?
I will be pickin' this game up the day of release and the die hard that I am, will have it beat that night.
This is my gamertag, so if you think you can handle it, look me up and lets play!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this game its gonna be cool when it comes out. If the second one was cool then this one will defintaly be cool. Halo games are my thing, I don't know what I would do without halo!
