The printer did print a test sheet, but now won't print my documents.
The message reads that the door is open, but I can
't find an open door. I'm at this location temporariy so
have borrowed this printer.

I ordered HP black ink 98, and got a great deal by ordering more than one. Told I would receive it after one business day, I was surprised, and skeptical.
It arrive the next day, and I was surprised, glad, and now I am a believer.

I have used these ink cartridges for years. Occasionally I have tried refilled ones but the aggravation isn't worth the difference in price.
