[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my LG refrigerator. The only thing reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it could really use more room for tall items like milk, juice, wine etc. I'm very pleased with everything else. Very roomy freezer.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
We had a width limitation of 33 inches and the LG had many features for this size. It looks great in the kitchen and the fingerprints don't really show - my wife is very happy about that! However there are some annoying aspects of this model: can't open the right side crisper drawer without opening both refrigerator doors; the shape of the water dispenser switch causes glasses to slip when held against it - causing water to spill. There should be a small detent to hold the glass in place; homeowner can't clean dust from the coils - something that is necessary 1-2 times per year. The manual says to call a service rep to do this; this model does not satisfy energy efficiency ratings and I could not get a rebate from my electric company; the two refrigerator doors were out of alignment when it was delivered and the delivery people would not make them even - fortunately the instructions describe how to do this and actually provide a wrench for the purpose. Except that the wrench they provided was too small and I had to grind it to open the jaws so it would fit. Despite all these issues, I think it's a good product, though it's expensive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has lived up to my expectation. The shelf in front of the ice maker is a big win. I have always had a second refrigerator to keep drinks and other things in and have been so happy with all the room in this one I have eliminated the other one.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Great refrigerator but missing items

Love the refrigerator so far, but upon delivery we were missing a roller from the freezer shelf and missing the dairy storage bin. The purchase place told us to contact LG and they should be able to replace the items. Unfortunately, LG told me they could not help me. I am not happy that they were not willing to provide the missing items. I am in the market for a dishwasher and I think I will look at a different brand. Maybe one that has better customer service. So far the fridge has been great, so no complaints about the product, just customer service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a new refrigerator for a long time. We purchased this one last month and I absolutely love it. It is beautiful and everything is so easy to see.
