3.5 years old. Needed service, no one available. LG bought it back! Lost a lot of food. 5 weeks to find out no service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator a year ago. I like the spacing details, especially the Freezer placement on bottom half of the frig. The inside doors are smaller than I realized. The quality of the Stainless Steel finish isn't great and stains and fingerprints are almost impossible to remove. I've tried several Stainless Steel cleaners. This same frig had a optional of a "Hand Print" free finish for a couple hundred dollars more. Perhaps I should chose that option. My kitchen is small and the size was a perfect fit for my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That compressor went out quickly, and the repairman said the compressor has a 93% fail rate in the first three years. I’m top of that I have a terrible customer service.

I really liked it at first ....but the quality was poor ....didn't cool any more....wish I could have another French door fridg....but as a single mom can't afford on.....it was a disappointment....nobody to work on it
