Wife loves the dual freezer drawers. The ice maker is a low volume producer so if you have an ice fetish, it may be an issue for you. This model has had compressor failure issues.

Thought this was going to be the typical call customer service and get nowhere and have to purchase a new fridge but I was wrong. LG sent a repairman out quickly (july 5th after the July 4th weekend). The repairman diagnosed the issue and fixed the fridge. Best oart was that it cost $0! The issue was under an extended manufacture warranty. Repairman was professional, courteous and quick. Best experience dealing with appliances in mu 48 year old lofe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator two years ago everything as fine until my freezer broke. It took a week for the tech to come out but it was thankfully fixed for zero cost. Well aside from my spoiled food. Hope we don’t have any more issues.

Needed a new compressor BUT was still under extended warranty, thank goodness. 4 starts because it is SO hard to keep the stainless clean and right door does not open an wide as left door which is a pain. Did recommend it to our daughter, though, and she bought a similar LG model.
