[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker barely works, the water dispenser is very slow even when the filters are replaced timely. We had to buy a counter top ice maker to compensate, we’re only a family of 4 and I turn on the “rapid ice” feature daily. The refrigerator unit it’s self is very noisy and even drives my children crazy with the loud vibration noise it makes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a expensive event for a failure of expensive refrigerator. Lost money in food and medicine. Spent extra money to by a small refrigerator to get by while waiting for the new refrigerator ( which was expensive)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator 4 years ago and am happy with it. The coil and compressor went out on it and LG sent Gary out to repair it. I did find out that if the freezer doesn't work, the ice maker will not drop the ice in the ice bin.
