[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very happy with our LG appliances! We bought the stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We bought the black stainless and love the look. We did have trouble with the black chipping off and contacted LG and they have been very good about replacing the doors. We have been very happy with the customer service at LG.
This refrigerator was operating normally for five years. Literally no problems at all, and I was very happy to have it. Eight months out of warranty the compressor (which was still covered) failed seemingly overnight. Ten days later it has been repaired; the compressor was covered but the labor and parts were not. So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge does its job and keeps things cool. My favorite feature is the beverage door. There are a lot of compartments that make it easy to organize and store food and beverages. I do wish that there was a way to prop the freezer drawer open so I could put in food without having to keep reopening it. Also, at only 7 years old, I had to replace the compressor. The part was covered but labor was expensive. There was no warning, so I lost a lot of food when it broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is seven years old And has been great up until it broke. Repairman put a new compressor in. Did not work. Came back out. Tried something different still did not work. Finally on his third visit he put a new condenser and 24 hours later it appears to be working.
