[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor failed shortly after purchase, and repaired under warranty. Now the refrigerator does not cool either compartment, no error codes. Model LFXS24623S

To troubleshoot, we recommend unplugging the unit for a few minutes, then plugging it back in to perform a reset. Also, ensure the vents inside the compartments aren’t blocked, as proper airflow is critical for cooling.
