These are comfortable and mostly stay in the ear. I like that there were many sizes to choose from on the comfort "ear grips". I wish the cord was longer for things like plugging into the equipment at my gym and walking because sometimes they come out if I am not careful.

For the price, these are the best ones you will find. I couldn't believe how expensive headphones were that go over your ears instead of inside. I was trying to spend less than $10 and these are great for that price. They work and that's really all that matters. The only complaint would be if you use them for long periods of time they can sometimes make the insides of your ears sore.
