This headphones aren't so good

So I bought these headphones because a lot of people been recommending them or buying them. They are cheap so I figured they would give average sound quality. Now I am not sure if I got faulty headphones but my music sounds very high pitched. It has no bass to them in my opinion and I really hate it. The Samsung headphones I got with my phone was way better than these. I hate these headphones with a passion
