this is great it show everything u want about ff7 AND IF U WANT TO KNOW MORE OF fINAL fANTASY 13 CHEK IT OUT THE EXTRAS ARE GREAT

I loved the DVD version of this movie when i got it, so when i saw a Bluray extended version was coming i was excited! It's definitely a must have for FFVII fans (or any FF) and for everyone who likes CG movies and amazing effects!
What's great about it: Animation, visual effects and the soundtrack is amazing!
What's not so great: People who are not familiar with the original game story might not get the plot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast paced, action packed, and just a fantastic movie overall. You will not be disappointed with this.
What's great about it: Fantastic visuals, great fan service for those who played the original game
What's not so great: Not so great if you haven't play the original game and NO FF13 DEMO DISC!!! THANKS M$OFT FOR THAT ONE!

Great action scenes and a pretty good storyline and if your a die hard final fantasy gamer you must have this movie and for those who are not gamers grab this movie and you'll have your money's worth

At first I was not sure about buying the movie since im not a final fantasy fan as my Wife but she wanted it.
As I watched the movie I started Getting into it.
The Movie Had Action and great graphics.
I ended Loving the Movie that i started to buy final fantasy games Aswell.
I woul recommend the movie to anyone from kids to adults it an action packed movie
I would recommend this to a friend!

This movie was eagerly anticipated for a very long time, and for good reason. The game Final Fantasy 7 was amazing and deserved an equaly amazing sequel, and this CG film completely fufilled that daunting task. With a very deep storyline that every person who played the game would appreciate (because the game's story was deep) and graphics that completely blew my mind so much so that I had to pick up the pieces later, this film will expand your mind. I can see that the story might be slightly confusing to someone who knows not the world of final fantasy 7, but this minor set-back will be swept away by amazing fighting sequences, thrilling voice-overs, and dazzeling visuals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This movie takes place 2 years after the best seller Final Fantasy VII for the PS1, with awesome graphics, a truly wonderful storyline, the same characters we've come to love, part of the Final Fantasy VII compilation, it is simple, if you are Final Fantasy fan, this is a MUST HAVE, if you are not, you can be sure you will be buying a great piece of cinematic & direction art. Square Enix is just awesome. A+
