In addition to the 26 minutes of extra film footage, you get an anime short that tells about the life of Denzel, one of the children Cloud an Tifa are taking care of. You also get a miniature movie that does a plot run through of The Final Fantasy VII Compilation which is really awesome of you missed out on one of the games.
What's great about it: Great price for the amount of footage you get

I personally love FFVII: Advent Children. However, this movie takes place two years after the end of the video game, Final Fantasy VII. Since this movie was not really intended to be marketed to a general audience, the makers of the movie assume that you've played the video game. Thus, the plot and character development is REALLY sparse, and takes advantage of the immensely developed story in the video game. So if you watch this movie without knowledge of FFVII, you're not going to understand pretty much anything. The graphics are incredible for a movie from 2005, and I personally love the music. They also throw in lots of little touches that are very fun, like the Loz's ringtone in the church scene with Tifa. Everyone who played and enjoyed FFVII should buy this movie without question. If only to see the Omnislash version 5 at the end! However, if you didn't play FFVII, sit back and enjoy the pretty pictures and sounds without as much of a story.

Simply put, this HD version of FF7: ACC is superior to the original in every way. The picture and sound quality is pristine, and watching it on my big HD TV was a delight through and through. The 26 minutes of additional footage in the Complete edition clears up some holes and loose ends that were found in the original cut of the film. There are still some awkward dialogue moments, but the makers did go back and rewrite some of the scenes to reduce the amount. Overall, it was a great buy and well worth the money.
What's great about it: Great picture, sound, and additional footage
What's not so great: nothing really, just some odd dialogue at some points. Definitely not something to stress over though.

This the extended version of the movie, still cool and awesome to watch. Just getting excited for the remake to come out. Just a heads up, when i was browsing for this purchase, there was another FFVII that included a digital copy. However, the digital copy audio is in Japanese, not English, only English caption. This one does not have a digital copy.

I bought this movie for my son based on the trailer we watched together. I knew he would like it, but I also enjoyed it very much. I never played the game nor I've seen the episodes but I must say that this movie would leave you wanting more. You'll forget you're watching an animated movie, the action, the music, and the story line work well together, most of all no singing just action.

Buyer Beware: The copies I saw of this movie inside the Best Buy I went to did not have a slipcover indicating that this is a Blu-Ray+DigitalHD nor did they have a sticker on the shrinkwrap displaying Includes Digital UltraViolet. Without these indicators, it means that the movie DOES NOT contain a Digital UltraViolet voucher. So, if you are hoping to get a Digital UltraViolet or even an iTunes Digital Copy of this movie free, make sure you check to see if that Includes Digital UltraViolet sticker is on the shrinkwrap or not. Because I never opened this in light of seeing that I'd be paying for just a single Blu-Ray disc without the Digital UltraViolet voucher, I exchanged this for Superbad (Unrated) Blu-Ray+DigitalHD UltraViolet. If you order this on the website, you cannot tell if you will actually get the Blu-Ray+DigitalHD version of this movie because all I have seen so far are Blu-Rays of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete without the Includes Digital UltraViolet sticker and without the Blu-Ray+DigitalHD slipcover.
