I bought this TV as my first HDTV. I did the research and look for a long time until I decided that LG was the brand I wanted. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have had it for a year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new TV! The picture is crisp, clean and rich in color! The sound could be a little more substantial from the TV, but if you have a sound bar or have it hooked to another sound system, it is fine. Overall, excellent product!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Bought this TV as an open-box item the week after the Super Bowl about two years ago, with no regrets ever since.
Modestly priced, super clear picture, and I have an LG soundbar hooked up to it for movie theatre quality sound in my man cave.
Would have liked more than 2 HDMI ports, but bought a splitter to hook up three components.
I have never had any problem with this set, and I would highly recommend it!

great picture and easy remote set up

Like this TV. My only complaint is for such a high price it should be a smart TV and have automatic streaming instead of purchasing a Firestick or Roku to go with it.
Color is bright and true and set up is quite easy.

Very clear and bright screen. Always smooth with no motion blur. Watching movies is a pleasure on this tv. It doesnt have alot of un-needed plastic around edge of screen. And the remote also works with my LG bluray player. The only thing that it could use is another hdmi. Otherwise, wonderful.

Great TV until it falls over on it's face

My cat got friskie and knocked the satellite receiver off the shelf pulling the TV over on its face. The screen hit the corner of a foot stool and it was all over for this TV! The screens are EXTREMELY fragile! That's my only complaint. The replacement is bolted down with the receiver directly under it. NO CAT ACCESS!

Great, low cost TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More than happy with the picture quality which is great for the cost. Where the price affects it is perhaps the sound quality which is not great and it requires a sound bar or supplementary system if you want decent audio. This wouldn't stop me buying it however. Great product for a reasonable price.
