Terrible model

The washing machine leaves black grease marks all over my brand new clothes. This is clothing that I am washing only and then hanging to dry, so it does not go into the dryer. The washing machine has ruined all of my nice clothing. I am renting so I can't just go out and buy a new washer and dryer to replace this terrible unit. My options are laundromat or wash by hand. How fun.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this washer/dryer with the home i purchased in Feb 2016. It's May and its already having problems that need attention under warranty (thankfully). It will not drain and/or spin.

Works as advertised. I needed this model due to space constraint. Wish I had full size washer and dryer. It is very loud. Engineering should have overcome this.

It would be a nice machine except the door doesn't latch closed when the agitation cycle begins, causing it t stop running.

I received this asite a gift and couldn't be happier. I wish the dryer door would stay open when trying to load and unload. Otherwise, great product!
